This colorful turtle is made using various orange linoleum slices and colored epoxy resin, and then carved into this half dome shell. The rounded side has a sunburst that appeared when we carved through the block and we think this is pretty special! The base is a vintage bass clarinet key with violin screw legs. A great conversation piece or curious object to contemplate. Cast, carved, fabricated and silver soldered. 2 x 2 x 1.25”.
